We provide small business owners a way to analyse their business needs with advice from AI. For example small shop owners or small private businesses can use our AI platform. Using AI Agents and our internal custom build RAGs they can get insights to what can be improved from the AI advice provided.
Using Chat-GPT or other mainstream generic chatbots will only give you generic advice about a general small business, however our app provides specific information related to you with your own data.

Proof of Concept phase
The proof of concept platform prototype development started development this year and is in the process of being refined on various foundation models. The platform is expected to be available to the general public in autumn 2025. We are currently trialling this with a selected number of small businesses for improvements.
The basic concept of a Retrieval Augmented Retrieval
Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) is a powerful new Natural Language Processing (NLP) technique for enterprise search applications that solves many of the challenges that classic generative large language models (LLMs) have. It is an approach that combines the power LLM’s like ChatGPT or Google Gemini but also with the precision of information and data (through a local data source or excel files) which is propriety and local to the user, known as information retrieval search. Hence the AI powered advice or suggestions are tailor made for the specific user and more accurate.
